Finance Committee
The Finance Committee oversees the financial affairs of the Company. The committee furnishes to the Board at such intervals as the Board shall require an analysis of the financial affairs and standing of the Company.
Given the duties and responsibilities of company Directors in respect of compliance with company law and Corporate Governance, the Finance subcommittee consists exclusively of Board Directors.
