Tim Smith Wines Old Vine 'Barossa' Grenache Grenache 2025 listan-negro 60 degrees FahrenheitThis wine is inspired by the great wines of Chateauneuf du Pape in the Rhone Valley. The fruit is handpicked from two vineyards in the Barossa Valley, both approximately 80 years of age. It has been hand made using old world winemaking techniques including whole bunch fermentation, warm ferment temperatures, and aging on yeast lees in French oak barrels with no fining or filtration. The fruit was picked slightly earlier to avoid the cloying sweetness
