A Heer EM NCOs belt and buckle, the former constructed of pressed black leather, one end stitched into a loop to accommodate and integral magnetic metal clip, the opposite end bearing a reverse brown leather tongue perforated with eight sets of dual eyelets for an adjustable fit, the reverse of the clip end bears an embossed makers mark which wear has rendered illegible, in addition to an illegible handwritten owners name on
