Bura Dalmatia Plavac Mali Sivi 2024 dolceacqua so Albert ages his signatureA rare mutation among Bura's Plavac Mali yielded a rare pink berried grape. The result is this iconoclastic wine that blurs the line between orange and pink wine. Savory spices and apricots, notes of butterscotch and rose water, with a pleasant tannic infrastructure. Serve lightly chilled, with earthy sausages, rich sauces, and salty cheeses.
