Since 1949, Irish Oxygen Company Ltd has been at the heart of Ireland’s gas production industry, founded by Louis and Marcelle Constant with a vision to supply oxygen to the burgeoning steel and motor industries. Over seven decades later, this vision has flourished, remaining within the Constant family. Finbar Constant, who took on the role of managing director in 1985, has continued to uphold the company’s commitment to innovation and excellence. Today, Irish Oxygen Company is a leader in producing and distributing not only industrial and medical gases but also food-grade gases, mixtures, ultra-high purity gases, and calibration mixtures, making essential contributions across multiple sectors.
