Meet Honor and Teresa
One story of care is the story of Honor, a resident at Cramers Court Nursing Home, one of our member nursing homes. Teresa is the Activities Co-ordinator there, and she and Honor share a special bond. As Teresa gets to know Honor she’s intrigued by her life-long love of horses. We explore through Teresa and Honor’s perspective the wonderful things that happen when we ‘care together’.
