Diana Rose is Director of Care at Orwell Healthcare, where she leads care services across over 300 beds.

With more than 20 years of nursing experience, including 18 in Ireland’s nursing home sector, she brings expertise in person-centred care, multidisciplinary leadership, governance, and quality improvement. Diana oversees recruitment, training, and mentorship for over 400 staff and has driven sector-leading improvements in staff retention. She has also served on the Nursing Homes Ireland Nursing Committee, contributing to professional development and governance initiatives.

Passionate about resident-centred care, Diana champions inclusive practices and supports opportunities for growth, wellbeing, and excellence in nursing home care.
